How do you continue a heist as a Leader?

I'm probably f*cking stupid but I don't get it. I completed part 1 of the Human Labs Raid. After that we returned to my apartement. I'ver read that the Leader has to use the phone to continue the heists. But how? There is no continue option on my phone. It's not in my job list, quick job doesn't work, Lester doesn't call me, calling Lester also does nothing. So how does this work? How do I return to the planning board?

 

I thought it would be in the Job List, but all I see is random invites from random players.

Every time I complete a set up mission I get a phone message in the job invite section to continue to the next part.

Lester texts you the next part after you pass the previous setup mission. You can teleport back to your apartment via the text and start the next part and invite the others.
