Problem trying to do heists

I got the call from Lester, did the "Scope Out" mission where we went to check out the bank then met with that lady who gave us equipment. This is part of the fleeca job.

I knew something was wrong when the cutscene before the mission was a guy talking about breaking someone out of prison.

 

After that I waited and finally got a mission notification from Lester for a heist mission. Accepting the mission will take me to my special room with a white board and map. It will have me staring a blank white board with just the title "THE PRISON BREAK".

There is nothing to select. It makes noises as if I'm scrolling when I press the up and down, and clicking x makes a sound as if I am selecting something. But I can't do anything. Just a blank board.

 

The room is also marked with a green H on the mini map.

 

Ps3 version. Anyone have ideas? Am I missing something?
