Why do my calls goes straight to voicemail?

I get pissed off at this... Ever since I got gta 5 on 360, and even now on Xbox One, it doesn't matter who I call, everybody except the mechanic and Mors Mutual goes to voicemail. Lester goes straight to voice mail, Simeon does, etc... And also, Ive never gotten merryweather in my contacts. I'm rank 120, and I still haven't gotten merryweather. > So please answer, why do my calls to voicemail, and why don't I have merry weather?!? Thanks

You should really submit a ticket with rockstar. Hopefully your issues get addressed.
