I'm planning on switching from xbox one to ps4, and i was wondering if it's possible to transfer my xbox one character whom was transferred from xbox 360 to ps4. Is it?

Nope, You can only transfer from 360/PS4 no XB1/PS4.

 

The only people who can transfer again after tranfering to PS4/XB1 is to PC

No. R* doesn't allow for this OP.

 

However, if you do decide to move over to PS 4, you'll have to contact R* support and let them know what you want to do. They'll delete your XBONE data saves and allow you to transfer from 360 to PS4.

 

The downside is all your XBONE progress will be lost and once transferred to PS 4 you will be resuming exactly from where you left off on 360.
