Help, Can't download update on PS4 or play online

Anyone have any idea why I can't download the heist update on PS4. It was working fine online & had no problem with the Festive update then when they pushed out the update on the 10th it stopped. I can't play GTA on-line any more but I can still stream & download from PlayStation plus. All I get is a NW-31456-9 error & non of the advice from the PSN network works. My PS3 uses the same router & that works fine & had no problem downloading it so I know its not the router.

servers are really screwy right now, Nobody has been able to get on since yesterday afternoon.

 

You're just going to have to wait and see.
