Do u think R* will delay again because of the heists issues and bugs?

Recommended Posts

As the title says do u think they will??And to come up an excuse like "We are sorry but we need more time to polish the heists content for PC since there were many issues and bugs during its launch on consoles,so that heists will be fully ready and perfected on day 1 for PC"

They are working their ass off to fix heists and this might drift the devs working on PC apart to work on the bugs and issues on the heists content on consoles

What do u think about this??

there's a possibility so i dont think we should count the days and get fully hyped about the game at this couple of weeks i really think they made a big effort and tried to please us but with the heists bugs the plans might change again but atleast we gonna get more screens though! :die:

Definitely shouldn't count it out. I do however believe Rockstar knew about the 3 delays in advance. They had 3 preorder tiers on Steam for a reason; and we're now on Tier 3 (preorder before March 31). So I doubt it'll be delayed again. We'll know for sure in the next 20 days.

At this point I couldn't care less for my own reasons but if it does get delayed again I will feel sorry for the rest of the forum/PC crowd.

On a different note, surely the PC version has its own dedicated team ?

I don't think so, im actually frightened of situation where it is released on April 14th and still it is a mess that needs atleast 4 patches (hint - hint) to work on a close to satisfying level, im afraid of situation where people, including myself starts to wondering what were they doing for so long ?. Just take a look at the Heists, they had so much time, players had to wait a healthy portion of time to play it, and still there are glitches and problems that also affect single player so i heard. All in all, i hope this turns out to be unfounded concerns and the game is worth the wait.....

this isn't possible

it wasn't a heist issue, it was a server issue as usual with day 1 rockstar releases

I'm able to get on and stay on as of yesterday at like 11 PM est and havent been kicked off the server since..

Probably.

17 months to make the heists and it still came buggy, what can we even expect about the performance's quality for the PC version at this point ?

Having played Heists myself - it's not Heists that's having issues, it's their servers. It works fine. There are bugs, but you name one piece of software ever released that hasn't had bugs.

Heist are NOT the issue, rockstars servers are the issue! Kids should do a bit of research before spreading such misinformation.

What not being through puberty yet has to do with ignorance ?

There is actually no more excuses left...They've got to release it this time..

Even though Heists are f*cked up..

I am assuming that it will be f*cked on the PC too...

There shouldn't be any major bugs...but a few will always be there.

But within a month PC version should be stable...atleast SP..

Online is already f*cked. :p

On PS4, I'm playing fine. Not sure what you're on.

Doubtful there will be any more delays.

There are more dates to shift if there are, so delaying is far messier for R* now, but it shouldn't be ruled out completely.

We have 3 weeks to be patient, then we'll find out.

This looks good :lol::panic::r*:

Look... every piece of speculation doesn't need its own thread.

This post could of very well been posted under the "GTA V and Steam [GIVEAWAY]" thread since that is pretty much the de facto official GTA V on PC thread now.

Well...this is an entire GTAV forum...why should we compress everything to one thread?
