New Heist Patch, offline mode

Hello, my first post,

I would like to know 2 things about the new update.

Is there any changes in story mode?, besides motion blur and camera stuff.

 

I recently bought my PS4, back in my PS3 whenever a new patch was released i could check on all the new stuff in story mode, specially the vehicles.

Now, in my PS4 i cannot Access the new content such as the new choppers (i did not finished story mode yet)

Is there a way to do this withouth playing online or unlocking things? like i use to do in my PS3?

Like every single update, it normally includes the new vehicles/weapons into SP as well.. though this time it didn't happen and judging by a previous thread on R*'s Support Site; it's a bug they're looking into it and might have a way to fix it in the upcoming days.

 

So for now the most you can do to experience these new features is to play Online, soon enough it'll hopefully make its way to SP.

 

Edit - Just looked around and noticed this thread which has a different answer from R* Support.. so who knows what'll happen, only time will tell for now since it's still a new update.

The thing is i cannot use any vehicles frmm any dlc! all the garages are empty when i press left key to select the "special" cars.... i dunno why i only have the R6 car or something like that... but all the others, added in various dlc (beach, gansters, hypster ) are not in the list. The same thing happens with planes and choppers!

Ah my apologies, the DLC vehicles actually spawn in traffic on PS4/XB1 now.. not in your garage like in last-gen. Or alternatively you can purchase them through the internet on your phone.

 

Only special vehicles show up on your garage, such as the Space Docker, Elegy and the Monkey Blista (For returning players)

AAhh okok that explains it all. I ha vent checked on planes and choppers yet, but i ve seen cars from dlc on traffic! I am a "returning player" but i could find the monkey blista.

The Monkey Blista unlocks after taking part in the "Monkey Mosaics" which are collectibles that unlock after completing the mission "Chop". You can look around for guides on where they are, after photographing all 50 you'll be able to get your hands on the Monkey Blista.
