Greeaaaat! the game glitched and gave me normal mode again!
By the least i got the Bearer Bonds which should set the base payout of over 1 million

This attempt done with Alkonost approach & failed 3 times (first two the guy can't stop alerting the two guards on signal tower), otherwise he is doing well on 4th attempt. Forgot to add that he also asked me to help his Bunker sale mission afterwards, i'm doing it to kill time for cayo perico cooldown.

About time i got a decent low level player : we first took the grappling hook, bolt cutter and disguise, then find a vehicle to reach compound, kill personal bodyguards first, loot gold, took off with tequila and then going for fastest escape route. It's just too bad we're few seconds late from getting elite challenge.

Yeah I think I only caught the mistake because I like the Buccaneer, pretty sure I even used to race it way back in 2013.   This was before most people became aware of the Pisswasser Dominator.   It held up pretty well against Phoenix's and other muscle cars of the time, it cornered well and it's weight gave it good grip despite the car lacking a spoiler (though I think spoilers was only comedic back then.   Sucks ass that Rockstar patched that, making spoilers add traction just broke so many cars and made them outright better then everything else, also took some of the fun out of racing as cars stick like super glue around corners now.    Back in the day (yes GTAV is old enough this saying applies) you need skill to race)    But yeah the Buccaneer was a good ol car for like... a few months. lol

Back in the day racing was the ONLY thing I did in GTA, loved my Buccaneer!
