There is one NPC you deliver to, a woman wearing blick jeans or leggings with I think black biker jacket, she looks alright.

 

But yeah I don't know why they made most of the NPC's so butt ugly.

Aye it was a PS5 bug around launch but has now been fixed I think, @Arrows to Athens was getting it a lot too I believe.
