A true jet griefer does not use missiles because they are Buzzard style missile with poor tracking.    If you two had come across someone who knows how to effectively use the explosive miniguns, you'd of been dead.

Don't you just love it when the AI in the game suddenly goes full kamikaze in a bid to attack you...?
 

EDIT : On a side-note, the reason I didn't kill the first 2 with explosive sniper rounds is because I was outta ammo and hadn't realised.

This mission was going so well.   I was downing the enemies, destroying the signal jammers, nailing the Buzzards.   Then my character decides to go "Nah I'm not going to climb down the ladder, I'mma just jump off the roof instead."

 

What could been a no restart flawless run, ruined by game stupidity.

If anyone still doesn't have the alien gun, this is why you need to buy one.    Realistic or not it doesn't matter, this thing can get you out of a hard spot and save your mission.    It's to handy in a pinch for any player not to own one.
