Has heist been fixed yet?

If you mean the servers, then yes. I believe the servers are back up and handling "well" again, the real test will be 5/6pm GMT when the influx of people increases again

Yesterday it was also working at noontime, but the problem is at rush hour time, when everybody at work-school-out etc. arrive home and try to connect...

still can't do jack sh|t. took me about 10 minutes to find THREE people for the second heist preparation (probably cause they couldn't join/got disconnected or their system was loading forever like we all know it), then after three second in the clothing selection screen it says something like 'needs more players for this heist'

with this game three days after release and they need like 1 1/2 years to release those heists and then they don't even work? not enough time for them imbeciles? fuc ck that, gta online is dead to me, maybe I go back and play again in two months or something. but cockstar gaymes is just so fu cking lazy, I wouldn't be surprised if it still doesn't work then

After what would be at least 8 years of school you think you could use grammar, would be able articulate your thoughts without swear words but no you can't so you can't eactly be pissed with rockstar when you can't do something that you should of learnt how to do in 3 years of school.

was working fine for me earlier, but couldn't get anyone to join my heists so I wasted my time in the lobby haha. however I did have a plenty of successful gameplay yesterday morning
