How do you match the cargobob's speed?

I tried staying under its shadow but, it didn't work.

 

EDIT: I re-did it. Turns out the first time the magnet never spawned, weird. So just to let people know, a visible magnet should be spawned underneath the cargobob.

Stay under the electromagnet. It helps if you go ahead it slightly, and let off the throttle (but don't use brakes).

Weird people have issues with this. It instantly snapped on when I played it.

Mine got on it, then fell off, then when it was on the road again it teleported back up into the air, onto the magnet and the mission was passed....
