Yeah maybe you are refering to that but i have trouble finding is it really true because hell, every mask that is listed "female" are both gender, even the nvgs one and pilot headset , rebreather etc

Did you saw it in the game or are you supposing ? I use a male character.

Only need to put the description of the Humane Labs Raid (still have yet to actually play it) and also the Steal Meth setup for Series A Funding then I've pretty much completed the thread. Still need to add payouts, but I don't have solid information on how much the minimum take and maximum take is.

Thanks for the kind words. Glad the thread helped you out.

To answer your questions;

It is possible to unlock the rewards as a heist crew member. All first-time participants who complete the setup/heist unlock the reward. You don't need to be the heist leader to unlock the rewards, you just need to join someone else's game.

You only need to complete the specific setup or heist to unlock the reward. For example, I don't need to do the first 2 setup missions in the Fleeca Bank heist to unlock the Kuruma and Armored Kuruma, I just need to complete heist itself. The game will allow you to receive invitations to any setup or mission. Even if you have not completed the first heist, you can still get invites to join any other heist.

Hope I answered your questions clearly.

Wow, been looking for this answer.

So this would work for unlocking the Savage as well correct?

I don't really care for the unlocks, but my gf wants the Savage pretty bad.

So I can just tell her all she needs to do is link up with a random invite to the "Fourth Setup (CONVOY):" & complete just that in order to unlock the Savage? As in she doesn't need to complete the entire heist nor the prior setups in order for that aircraft to unlock?

Yes. Just hope you/she gets lucky and receives an invite to the Convoy setup. It's a pain in the butt to complete because we kept dying in one shot and kept blowing up the Insurgent until we realized that we actually needed it to get to the marked zone safely.

By the way, if you complete all five heists as either host or guest you can then replay any heist as host.

I got a For Hire t-shirt, can't remeber why.

I thought it only saves progress to the host, and if you complete them as a crew member, you'll still be stuck at the last heist/setup that you hosted.

The For Hire T-Shirt is unlocked for completing a set number of heists as a crew member, not leader. I think. All I ever do is join other people's lobbies, so I assume that this is how you get it.

Thanks for the heads up, again I'm not really interested in it myself but I really appreciate the info that I can pass on.

By the way, you said your team died by one shot on several occasions on that part, what AI/enemy was that?

Not literally one-shot kills, but it's like I just pop my head out to shoot and I instantly die even if I have armor and full health. The enemies that you'll encounter will be 2 Merryweather Mesas (4 people), 1 Armed Insurgent (4-6 passengers, 1 gunner), 1 military barracks (1 driver and 1 passenger) and the Savage chopper (but I snipe it the moment I see it go past the mountain. In total, you'll need to kill 18 enemies. All part of the convoy. There will still be several enemies that will chase and try to kill you as you make your escape.

Just be prepared with a lot of snacks and extra body armor, especially for the one who's going to drive the barracks and the Insurgent gunner.

Awesome, it sounds like just good patience & timing are needed.

Sounds like the hardest part will likely be finding a random invite to that specific event.

Thanks again for the info, much appreciated!

Make sure that the driver of the Barracks is good at evading oncoming traffic and Merryweather vehicles trying to stop the truck. It'll be really difficult to get out of situations where a Merryweather vehicle creates something like a roadblock and the driver will not have that much time to back up the truck and get moving again before he gets shot to death. If ever this happens, make sure that the driver of the Insurgent and the gunner have quick reaction times to help out.

Making this thread to give others a clearer picture as to which heists and set-ups unlock which items, as well as give a brief description on the heist setups and mission.

First Heist: FLEECA BANK

1st Setup (SCOPE OUT): Basically go scout the Fleeca Bank with Lester. He'll give one of the teammates a program that allows him/her to unlock and open the vault door from outside of the bank. It's just used for practice. Kinda like a minigame for the passenger to mess around with. It'll also help if the passenger in this setup plays as the driller in the actual heist since he'll be familiar with the hacking device. After scouting the bank, go to Lester's factory and pick-up Paige. Take the Granger back to you apartment. MISSION COMPLETE.

REWARDS: NONE

PAYOUT:

2nd Setup (KURUMA): Go to the parking lot around the Del Perro area and crash a Korean gang's meeting. Take the armored Kuruma back to Leter's factory. Payout will depend on the condition of the car upon delivering it. MISSION COMPLETE.

REWARDS: NONE

PAYOUT:

Heist (FLEECA BANK): 1 Driver and 1 Driller are required. Go to Lester's factory and pick-up the armoured Kuruma. Driver will...uhm...drive to the Fleeca Bank. Driller will hack the vault door on the way there. Once at the bank. Driver will destroy all 4 cameras. (1 directly to the left upon entering, 1 directly to the right of the door and 2 in the small hallway to the vault door. Driver just intimidates the hostages while Driller takes the money. (I haven't been able to play as the driller because I always get disconnected, so I don't know exactly what he does.) Afterwards, the driver and driller drive to the Zancudo Bridge to get picked-up by the Cargobob. Just simply drive at the same pace as the Cargobob/stay under the giant magnet. MISSION COMPLETE.

REWARDS: Unlocks Karin Kuruma ($95K) and Armored Kuruma ($525K) in the Southern SA Super Autos website.

PAYOUT:

I've only done the first two.... the fleeca bank never appears :( nobody invites :(

You just need to be patient when looking for a specific setup or finale. If you're looking to do a specific finale and can't get invites, try joining an invite to a setup that's close to the finale already. I'm currently trying to complete the Prison Break finale and Humane Labs Raid finale, so if I see an invite to the finale, I join it as soon as possible. If not, I join setup missions like the Deliver EMP and Wet Work since those are the setup missions before the finale and, chances are, the host would most likely re-invite me to the lobby if the previous setup was successful. Can't seem to complete the finales though. Servers are too unstable, players being selected as pilots just fly the plane straight into a body of water, people blowing themselves up, going Rambo and dying, etc. It's really frustrating since those are the only 2 missions that I need to complete before I complete the challenge where you need to complete all finales and setups as a crew member. :(

OP could you please add what's the rewards and what you must do to achieving them?

? It's there. I don't know what you're talking about. So far, I'm basically just missing the payouts for each individual mission.
