I just went on an Albany murder spree trying to find one of these.

I haven't had any luck spawning a Dubsta but the Sentinel sell for 43k now and they are easy to spawn. Just drive a sports car near Tequila-La around midnight and they will be there. I had about 4 spawn in succession last night. Picked up one, sold it, picked up second one stored it and then picked up a 3rd and 4th to store in the garage as well. The Dubsta's do spawn in the LSC parking lot though from what I have read. It just seems rare now.

I had no luck getting one to spawn at the old spot earlier, and the sad trombone trick doesn't seem to work anymore either. On the bright side, one of my stored dubstas with the free horn equipped sold for a cool 67k

I wonder the resale increase for modified NPC cars was intentional or not, and if it will be patched.

 

Still, glad I stocked up on Dubsta2's. I have 13 with sad sounding horns that I'll need to push, assuming I could even get online.

Yep! I just confirmed this myself. So my 39 Dubstas, all with the ST are worth 2.6 million total.
