New Heists update PS3 issue

Hey guys I'm having issues downloading the new heist update, when it prompts me to update to the new version I put OK then it said wait then a black screen. Any help?

Have you tried restarting the game/console? also servers are being really funky right now so wait a little while and see if that helps.

Try pressing "OK" on the update AFTER you hear the sirens in the background (during the opening sequence of the game with the logos, etc)

 

Also try deleting your current patch and clear your cache by heading to game on your XMB (Home screen of the PS3) > game data utility > GTA V and delete it, reboot your console and try the game again

 

Like Troubadour said you can also restart your console or try again later when the servers are a bit better than they are now.
