Around 12:00 - 12:30 i tryed going online and it kept saying ( rockstar servers are unavailable) or character file cannot be accessed right now..., is it just me or rockstar trolling us

Server issues, everyone's been trying to play the long awaited update since it was released this morning.

 

Actually the update was released last night for some places. Also, I'm not surprised that the servers are having issues, nothing new.
