Anyone looking to join Heists X360?

I'm currently trying to go through the Heists on Xbox 360 although seem to be getting three people join, then someone leaves, then another leaves etc. I'm just looking to try and get through them and play the new content with genuine people instead of knobbers, I unfortunately don't have a mic right now, although should be getting delivered tomorrow.

 

Happy to host them all myself and therefore 'put up the initial money', also not particularly interested in any of the money at the end of the heists, so would be happy to split it between the three other people I do 'em with.

EDIT : I'll be on tomorrow most of the day too, Rockstar servers are still buggy as hell and won't let me invite people properly.
