How long does the update take to finish?

I'm wondering cause I really want to get to the heists.

It depends on your internet and how many people are downloading it at the same time. Since I downloaded it last night, (on the PS4) it took about an hour to finish.

It depends on your ISP (internet service provider).

Shouldn't take very long at all, though. Even I have a sh*tty ISP (download speed is 2mb/s or something like that), and it only took an hour to download, although that was the 1GB version of Heists on last-gen.

The current gen version is just over 4GB.

Mine took 40min and my nephews took 2 hours. Like others said, it depends on your connection and the servers you're downloading it from.

80 megabit connection here, it took just over 70 minutes to download - I've NEVER had a single download take that long on this connection, at full rate I can download approximately 35 gigabytes in the time it took to download the 1.something gigabyte of the heists DLC.

Last night, my download times were all over the place.

Tried it first and got a Download Time of 277 Minutes...

Restart download and tried again got 516 Minutes...

Restart download and tried again got 120 Minutes...

Finally waited 2+ hours or so and finally got it.

I say try and download it after the mad rush and it should be quicker.
