Fuzzknuckles
That's exactly what I meant. Online gaming, up until I played V, fit ALL the stereotypes when I've tried in the past - screechy teens that use racial and homophobic slurs constantly. Middle class white kids with no care in the world acting like they come from the ghetto. Some dumb f*ck playing sh*t music through their mics as if we all wanted to hear it... just the worst experiences. Then I played V with a pretty good group and it was a lot of fun - but they turned out to be pricks too. If you have the right people, it's great, but that's incredibly hard to find. Uncle Vlad
I hear "Do you have no friends" often, when I tell people that I don´t play online multiplayer games. It´s simple, all of my friends are either no gamers or they don´t play GTA (I don´t call strangers I only know by the internet as "friends"). Geralt of Rivia
I also forgot this tidbit: When a tester finds a bug, he reports it. When he reports he, he needs to be able to replicate it. If he can't, then it doesn't get taken seriously. They're not gonna take time out to fix something that could've been one-off or that can't consistently happen. This obviously changes once the game gets released to the tens of millions of people who have the game. Now that bug that only effected that one tester will effect a million people, and now it needs to be fixed. It's a cycle all right. Game development sucks. This is basically it - if you find a bug and can't reliably make it happen every time, it's not a priority - if it can be fixed it will, but if you can't reproduce it, how is anyone going to know what to fix? This doesn't mean that QA are failing, though. Signatures are dumb anyway.

What I am saying is even if I have the 'right people' to play online with, I am have no interest or excitement in online gaming. I'm sure it's great fun with the right people, and even other gamers acting like pr*cks don't bother me at all, but it's just not something I'm really into. I've tried it, not for me, I'm just a traditional SP gamer, so heists just goes over my head. If they had made a mini heist mode for V, that would have caught my interest, but they obviously did not. As f*cking usual with V, online MP gets all the good side stuff or most of it. Edited March 12, 2015 by Official General
PhillBellic
I have never played Online, so in a way I'm thankful that I don't have to deal with any of these problems.
