chrome rims/wheels...

Can someone please post a pic or two of the chrome wheels and tell me are they on all wheel categories or a select few? Plus I can't post myself I'm using on my phone and don't know how

Without the Heists Discount, at $70,000 - 80,000 + for Chrome Rims I am unfortunately unable to share a Photo with you...I could honestly see no difference in LS Customs between Chrome and Normal when I previewed them.

They look really good, don't have any pictures since I didn't really have the time to take any. Just imagine any of the rims just chromed. All of the rims are chromed from what I could see, even the carbon fibre ones, they had chrome where you would normally have colour.

Yeah some aren't as chrome as others...allot are just slightly shinier alloy, like some cars stock rims. I just quickly skipped through a few though.

go to wheels then pick w,e you want lest say sports
a new option now appears saying stock or chrome

Okay, bringing this offtopic for a second but...

Giant's cars have an Itasha plate, and for those of you who don't know

Itasha (痛車, literally "painful car") is a Japanese term for an otaku fad of individuals decorating the bodies of their cars with fictional characters of anime, manga, or video games

So he's making literal Itashas. It's just a style/trend thing. Yes they're jarring and ugly, but that's kinda the point.

That's cause they are ridiculously overpriced, a set of premium high end rims like were talking diamond studded in the real world might cost up an upwards of like a couple grand, the details in these rims, which to be honest i really barely see a difference, and some of the rims in game cost at the max i think i've seen is 80k, which to me, if a rim cost that much it better be encrusted with diamonds and made from the purest of metals available to man kind.

 

These don't do the price margin justice.

 

But same thing goes with a charger in game, where would you ever pay 50k for a charger, for 50k in the real world i could make my civics do circles around a ferrari, in game, it changes the sound when changing gears and makes your car only slightly faster but you would never pay anywhere near 50k

The Extravaganzo rims cost 80k. They are nice looking rims in chrome and I've got them on my Windsor. You can chrome your entire car for only 25k but you have to spend 50k-80k to chrome your rims. Ridiculous. Not only that, you have to complete ridiculous challenges to get them for free.

Except Itasha people are sensible enough to keep the body and wheels a decent color so as not to insult the characters they put on their cars. They also tend to spend enough money to keep their body kits fitted.
