Johan Posted March 11, 2015 Share Posted March 11, 2015 (edited) Yeah got them mixed up due to lack of sleep since heists released, anyway I received it in the 4th heist mission which for me was the "Series A Funding" It might be different for you since everyone has different answers, probably depending on their order. Just did 2 more sessions with some friends, 1 of them got it in the Pacific Bank Heist, last one got it in the one I got it in.. so it's worth trying the P. B.
