How do i start a heist finale with a new person?

I did the preparation for the fleeca heist with a friend of mine, but now i gotta do the finale with another person but i can't, the reason why is because my friend is being (no offense) an autistic jerk. So how do i do the fleeca heist finale with another person?

i actually hate how people are so opposed to using the word retarded all of a sudden, sure it meant mentally disabled at one point in history but it has been a generic insult for over half a century and has lost its meaning completely. As a 16 year old, I'm sure I'm not alone in saying I didn't know retarded even meant mentally disabled until I was over fourteen. People dissect the most generic things to complain about, and the internet makes every little thing a giant scandal. There are much bigger problems to deal with than political correctness.

 

to be the first person to answer your question though, I think you just start the mission and invite anyone inside the lobby. I haven't reached the fleeca finale though

You bring up a good point and I was thinking the same thing. We worry too much about what we say and who it might offend. Society and Political Correctness is making us Spineless. We will probably actually evolve into spineless creatures in the future due to society..... Holy sh*t. (Im serious except for the last part)
