Not completely accurate recast of that van though, it doesn't have the silver

paint.

Also which heist do you complete to unlock this vehicle?

Someone must know which heist unlocks this. I've watched the first 3 finales, and seen the list of unlocked stuff that pops up after each one, and none of them had this. So it's either heist #4 or 5... or it was supposed to be unlocked already and the fact that it's not is a glitch (and really, who'd be surprised by that?)...
