Need heists clarification?

Ok so me and my crew are really confused about this whole bonus money rockstar is offering....its says u get the bonuses based on completing all heists in order and more importantly WITH THE SAME 4 players.....so does this mean that we can't join in on any other heists with other people or is it just me the HEISTS CREW LEADER who can't join any others since I have the save file for the heists. Is it possible for my 3 crew members to join into others teams heists and if WE complete our heists together and in order we still are eligible for the BONUSES.....as u can see we're SUPER confused....PLEASE HELP!!!!!

You get the bonus for completing all 5 heists with the same 4 people in each heist, with no deaths.

Dude I know what rockstar said u get the BONUSES for.....my question is about the in between the lines gray area....not all 4 people are always on at same time and some wanna do it with other crews since EVERYONE keeps sending heists missions. So can they venture off and still complete them with me for us or me to get the bonuses???

Is there an actual way to unlock heists or is it just a waiting game? Ive played the first 2 heists, but then theres nothing more... I see people driving heist vehicles I dont have unlocked (HVY Insurgent (LPAV)) Im on ps3...

Im pretty sure if your the one who follows the plan of action (same players per heist, noone dies etc,) you get the bonus. It doesnt matter if they break off from what ive seen.

Cool, thanks. I hope this is the case. I just hope that my crew will still be able to get the bonuses also if they still do it in order
