How to use heist vehicles & weapons while servers are down!

Go to story mode and start up the creator, from there you can spawn, and use the Hydra, Savage, Insurgent, etc!

I believe this method doesn't work because you have to be online to use the creator.

I just thought of it when I saw gameplay of people using the new vehicles on a job, and I realized the creator is available even in offline.

edit:: tried again and everything was available this time.,currently loading up Freetown now

Im flying around downtown in a hydra right now, although the model memory is really low so I was only able to spawn 3 vehicles for some reason.

it was the same for me when I loaded creator this morning..dunno if that's normal or not it was the first time I've used creator

Working fine for me, I just spawn in as Micheal and go to the menu from there.

Wow, i never tried this. just been using some of the vehicles, you can use the turrets solo too, awesome, and the Savage is OP.
