It is garbage, but it's something. Just put it in when you're doing a heist and take it out again afterward. At least if your teammates are trying to communicate with you, that is.

If you were playing with me you would understand pretty fast that a mic is not needed, I am not a noob that goes in guns blazing or sticky bombing the whole place. You give me precise instructions I stick to them and get the job done, no need for chit chat. Just saying.

Actually, even though it isn't flashy, it seems to work really well. A few people I play with regularly use them all the time and they sound crisp and clear. I'd still recommend a different headset, but you'd be fine using the included one.

Yeah I know, it´s distracting sometimes even annoying. Especially when people just talk around thin air.

Not sure why people are complaining. PS4 earpiece works perfectly fine for voice chat. Only annoying part is changing volume through menus, but I got used to it quickly.

I swear that mic is a load of sh*t. I everyone I hear online on any PS4 game is fuzzled out with the poorest of poorest quality possible.

 

I've never actually used it, but from what I've seen/heard of it, the usability is worse than the current status of the game atm.
