Ezekiel
your ped.dff is 8.095 KB....8 mb....My game doesn't crash...it just replace some other skin on this large one.. I thought to help you....I wanted to optimize it....which is longer work.. I thought this is some BADASS SKIN from some NextGen game... when I saw this texture..I quit... DK22Pac
There's no actual limit for file size or something. It's a limit of geometry data and its components. Each atomic (i.e. node with all its meshes in max - no matter if its a ped, vehicle or building) is limited with 65536 vertices. In a case if it's a vehicle model, you can simply split one node into two and avoid this limit. If it's a building or ped model, you'll need to decrease amount of polys/verts in your model. Your model has 99155 vertices. Edited March 11, 2015 by DK22Pac

Can you tell me how does his model have 99155 vertices if limit is unsigned __int16?
DK22Pac
if limit is unsigned __int16?I didn't say this.It looks like an internal limit of RW, you can see it inside RpGeometryCreate(). if( numVerts >= 65536){ RwErrorSet(ERROR(2, RW_FRAMEDESTROYSTATIC)); return FALSE;}I'm not sure if there is any other check for this, at least I didn't see it.
