iFruit app stuck on 2nd character

Yeah, pretty much just that. All i can switch is between Xbox 360 and Xbox One, but on the One i'm stuck to my 2nd characters garages. No amount of switching back and forth between characters seems to fix it, also not with new saves, nor logging out and back in to iFruit.

 

Anyone here ran in to this before, and if so, found a fix for it? Since the Heist update apparently messed up personal plates at LSC i'd like to be able to at least use iFruit to get my one personal plate (since the 30 from the patch notes don't seem to work anyway).
