You can't really as far as I know, but you could simply invite random people.

You can't, they were never designed to be solo'd. Best way is to join a crew or invite people from the session.

Think about it though, why would they make it so 1 person could do it? Thats what single player is for, Online is for co-op. They made different roles for each heist to be able to switch round.

I too would have liked the option of doing heists solo so that I could test the waters first, before diving right in and potentially making an ass of myself lol.

 

I'm sure I wouldn't be the first to slip up, though.

Just go to the free roam. Wait for a few mins and you will receive many invitations to play to the first one :D

It was obvious that they weren't going to be solo able.

So what if he is. He might not be. I just don't understand why people have to act like a prick and take the piss. He asked a question, not give everyone permission to take the piss out of his social life.
