30 custom plates via ifruit, but how?

Just updated my iFruit from the play store. I'm emulating it through bluestacks but it works.
But really R*? 100k for a f*cking custom plate? I'm just paying for this because my Schafter deserved it, otherwise it would keep it's original licence plate number.

I haven't even got a problem with the price - it's the fact that everyone can now buy the same plate which is bugging me. That part has to be a glitch on Rockstar's part, right??

It's a mod using Charles proxy. Nothing new people.

it was in the patch notes and charles proxy isnt exactly a mod

I consider it modding because you mod the license plate to what you want it to say.

The very first custom plate, that we got via the iFruit app, was unique. The new custom plates can be whatever you want but cost 100K per design (and once purchased, is free for all cars).

 

30 different plates will cost $3m, but the same plate on all 30 cars only costs 100K.

 

You only have to apply the plate once via iFruit then it becomes an option at LSC.

you are incorrect, before this update, you could only have 1 plate, and you COULD NOT have a plate that someone else already had, it would tell you that it was already taken, hence why i ended up with PR3SSURE.

 

To anyone having trouble, just download Bluestacks on PC (small + free program) and then use that to get iFruit. Only takes a couple of minutes to do, you just log in with your Social Club ID.

I Found if your license plate have 88, it will said profane or reserved word. I don't understand why they ban '88'

Since this thread has been resurrected I'll toss some advice out there.

 

If you want to put a custom plate on a newly acquired vehicle, you MUST do so through iFruit the first time. All plates already purchased will still be free but if you don't iFruit them that first time, none of the plates will not be available in LSC or Benny's.

That's not *always* true. For some newly-acquired cars I was able to choose any of my existing custom plates the first time I brought it in to Benny's or LSC without touching iFruit. For others, I had to add the (existing) plate via iFruit first before I could pick custom plates. There's no downside to doing it via iFruit in advance, so I recommend it just to save a little annoyance.

Next to letters they won't allow it because 88 is pretty much Skinhead/Nazi code for Heil Hitler, 8th letter of the alphabet being H therefore 88=HH.

Sounds stupid but it's true, if it's next to numbers it's harder to identify it.
