30 custom plates via ifruit, but how?

You can make any plate but the game checks it for profanity/blocked plate before the order goes through

in game.

 

I made the plate CQB241 for the Tornado and submiited by Ifruit I then got a message in game

 

Your plate contents inapppriate material and has not been processed, please resubmit your plate

or words along those lines.

 

Anyone else had this or any reasons why it wouldn't allow that plate (horror movie fans should know

this one)

how do I use this feature?

every time I load up my cars on iFruit I only have the option to add my stupid already existing plate


I should probably add that I have installed the latest ifruit update and am on last gen

On the plates page of the Ifruit ap go to the top window and you should have a + - type symbol to the left and right

of the existing plate, click on the plus and it will make a new blank plate that you can type the new entry on and then

go to Customise and then Order and it should process the new plate onto a car.

 

Repeat for the additional plates, each new plate created will then be listed in Los Santos Customs when you go in

so you can change the plates for free in game from that point.

Theres a way to trick the game and bypass the 100k price tag.

 

-Create a new plate on iFruit

-Order it for one of your single player characters

-Go into the single player mode and accept the order at LSC

-Back on iFruit, order it to the online character you want to use, in the car you want to use with the app (if you don't see the car you want in the 10 cars available, just go to online and drive the car for a while - it should appear in the app)

-Go with your car to LSC, it should cost 100k, so cancel the order by pressing X (xbox 360)

-Head down to plates, and you should be able to select your new plate free of charge

 

Only downside to this is that you can't re use it in all of your cars, it's just for the car you got it first, then is gone from the store.

And for that matter you can use Charles thing instead, if you feel like.

I can't find the + or - on the plate page. Im still om iFruit 10.0 maybe that's the reason i can't change it. Here is a screen of my plate page on iphone

I'd try checking for the update, the symbols I'm referring to should appear to the left and right of your plate

in the top window. I will post a screen grab when I get home of my ap.

I haven't had an update in the App Store (iOS) but I opened the App today, & it downloaded an update. Which is odd, as it didn't update yesterday. But I still can't make any new plates :/

I lost my private plate option in LSC after the update and can't get it to go through with iFruit anymore. Anyone else have this issue?

 

I take it you have tried reordering your existing plate for a vehilce going to customise and submit order and it says

processed as you need to reorder the plate for a vehicle tor the option to then appear in LSC.

Yeah...the plate still shows in iFruit, but when I try to process it, it doesn't show up in game anymore. Before, after I put the order through, I had the private plate option on every car after that. Now, nothing, and when I try to change the plate in iFruit, it just says "plate background" - doesn't show the actual plate text as changing.

Yes I've had that a few times in the past, my usual trick with that was try click on the plate in the list at the bottom

and then change the background colour.

 

Go to customise and it should show an order sumarry of Plate Baground $xxx Private Plate $xxx and it

should process the order

 

If you don't get that one through maybe try unlinking and relinking your social club account as I had to do that

once to get the Ifruit to work again.

i would pay $100,000 if we had access to all those different designs that are in the image, but not for just new text. Hopefully the designs will become available at one point, but for now, PR3SSURE is fine with me

They wont let me use Franklins 2 plates ie Buffalo is FC1988 n BAGGER FC88 as they claim its Profane or reserved even though you can use Michael and Amandas

Has anyone tried the James Bond Aston Martin plate yet, wondering if that one would be allowed for the JB700?

I have purchased a new plate, but its not come through to my garage, I can use the old private plate I had before the update, but the new plate is just sitting in ifruit next to my other plate, my 1st plate has a rubbish logo in the right hand corner, and the new plate I made has a arrow with a V sign in the corner, if I try and make a new plate it just tells me to purchase my new plate from LS customs, but I cant, anyone know what I should I do to make it come through ?

Throw it onto an order for a car and send it through. Still will cost you $100K.

Trying to figure this out, I'm at work so I can't get on ps4. Anybody figure out how to have more then just one custom plate?

When you look at the custom plates (ABC) section on the App. you will see your current custom plate, if you look on the left side you will see a + (plus sign) just click it and add the new text you want for a plate, then go to customize and select a vehicle you show see the Order button click it to finish the order the cost is 100K but the plate is free for all your vehicles, the only problem i have seen is after logging out of the game and back into the game, the ability to add the plate is gone once logged back in...........But you can go back to Ifruit and order it again and the option appears once again......this time at no cost

 

I wonder if the plates are restricted to text nobody has or multiple people can have the same plate texts

I have the same plates under two different but simular usernames.....

Just downloaded on my laptop, 100k for a 2nd plate >_<

How did you get the update for IFruit? On my laptop it still doesn't have the option for Xbox One or 30 plates.

 

 

What version of windows are you running? I have Win8 and when I started mine it just prompted me to update If it doesn't even have the option for current gen then yours is probably outdated. Check your device to see if it has a manual option to look for updates or try reinstalling it.
