The amount of server issues is bordering on ridiculous. Its actually worse today than it was on October 1st 2013. I knew there would be server issues but like I said, its bordering on ridiculous.

It was WAY worse when online first launched. Hell, I couldn't even go online until 4 days after the damn thing launched.

 

 

Actually, this is way worse than GTA Online released back October 1st.

Looks like I'm gonna have to wait awhile to fully enjoy this update. From what I saw, this update is badass, too bad c*ckstar has sh*tty servers. I'm just glad I got invited to the first two heists and was able to enjoy them before I started getting error messages left and right.

So after a while of not being able to even get online, I can get into public lobbies but with no-one in them. US. south. ps4. I have been able to complete part 1 and 3 of the first heist, but when I host part 2 auto invite does nothing and no one joins. Those who cannot connect just keep trying sporadically and use different methods. Trust me, once you are in you will forget you ever boycotted R* with all this new content.

even when I do manage to get on, it's short lived, get booted shortly after... then there's all the other problems.

I was expecting server issues.. but not this f*cking mess.

lol yea... DMZ = Demilitarized zone... it's to get an Open NAT

I really dont believe that the bottle neck is happening with rockstar servers, it more likely the landlines causing packet loss and hash fails

OK trying this again. I didn't have problem getting in, but I always ended up getting booted out of online regardless of what I was doing. I'm on ps3

I don't see this getting any better soon. It takes forever to have 4 members join, if you are lucky to start the heist, if one player dies its over. bloody hell man.

Same, I am not sure if I wanna wait until this weekend, it may get worse. And yeah, sh*tty ass servers. They need to buy more to handle the weight of millions of players across all platforms and two generations.

You were just unlucky, I suppose. I had some issues the first time GTA Online was released, but not as much as now.

Man this is bs, I was about to deliver the kuruma.... The other player got disconnected which automatically made the heist fail.

lol I got back on in an invite only, drove my armored k to the shop, modded it, drove it back into my garage, started up my kuruma, drove it out, black screen stayed on. Quit game, now an infinite loading screen. fml
