I read absolutely nothing about the creator except job durations got nerfed...which was a problem....how?...for no one

PS3 Land Race - New Props

 

Under 'Crates and Boxes', Cargo 1, 2, 3, 4, Metal Crates (5 total)

Under 'Machinery', Server (as in Internet Server)

Under 'Dynamic', Barrel Pile and a white and a red wrecked car? (Yes, under Dynamic) =/

Under 'Barriers', Shack Door, Shack Window, Chainlink Fence (Extended), (Gate) & (Small), Wooden Fence

Under 'Buoys and Platforms', Floating Platform (it may be old and I missed it before?)

Under 'Construction", Concrete Pile

 

These are new on PS3. Don't know if current gen already had these.

 

Also, I don't see Parachutes in the Weapons category any longer? I will check a saved race or 2 that had them placed.

Parachute is in weapons when race mode is set to gta in the creator, been like this since last update

The glitch that allows you to use dagger, proxy mines and broken bottles as pic up weapons in DM and LTS are unfortunately patched now.

Only good news is that the seashark is back in store.

Parachute is in weapons when race mode is set to gta in the creator, been like this since last update

 

D'oh! OK. I have a saved land race called 'chute test'. I try it on occasion and it always freezes the console whenever I launch it. It's been a while since I tested it but today is the 1st time it plays. You can pick up as many parachutes as you want to. This excited me.

 

However, if you jump off something of height, you just fall to your death. They don't appear. They are still worthless. :devil:

 

At least there is a tiny bit of progress after a year of being broken. :panic: <--- me falling to my death

I didn't notice before. New dynamic props also include:

 

Small Road Barrier

Med. Road Barrier

Roadblock Sign

Electrical Generator Box

Rubber Tire

Barrel 3

 

I swear those weren't there this morning. Maybe there are a few more that may show up?

 

Question: Is there a way to point the (night time) diversion sign to the right instead of the left?

I saw some of the new crates 1,2,etc. added in Zancudo near the jet locations, a few minutes ago. Maybe they were heist related props and wound up getting spread around?

 

Also, I noticed that Lester's Warehouse is accessible. Maybe there are other interiors? Or has it been accessible?

I didn't know what you guys got until now (with your systems version of GTA). I knew you got some stuff but, you got a ton of new props we don't have, including all the one listed here. So, there ain't nothin' to see here for current gen as far as props go. Someone's youtube below:

- New Actors have been added under the cops & army category.

- New pipe under construction, new tire under dynamic.

- All Heist Update vehicles including another Gang Burrito, Rumpo, Velum 2 and another Vestra for some reason. Still no Police Bike on Capture Creator.

 

This was all on PS4.

 

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING HOWEVER are the new adversary mode options such as hiding blips permanentely and a Forced Uniform option, something I suggested months ago. We need these options in the Capture Creator.

I noticed the various bushes in 'Rocks and Plants' now snap to the ground properly when placed rather than hovering in mid-air. :) Unfortunately, they haven't applied this fix to the fallen tree trunks, they still levitate ridiculously! :(

 

Also, for the person who mentioned the lit-up sign that only points left... that has bugged me since DAY 1, seems to be little R* joke, what else could explain such a blatant oversight? :p

What got added: ALL new Heist vehicles in creator but still NO DLC weapons whatsoever! Vehicle categories still messed up (4 door sedans in 'Coupe', 'Sports' class is an unbalanced nightmare etc etc) none of the cool adversary options are available in creator, restrictions to areas still apply, so no airport/zancudo etc etc. (why is this so special I wonder? R* logic)

 

I HOPE that now heists is finally out R* will spend a bit of time improving the creator and adding functionality that we've all been patiently waiting for since forever, there's a massive suggestions thread they could use as a starting point at least!

Alright we got some groundbreaking sh*t right now (sorry getting overexcited lol). It seems to me that Rockstar now supports stacking of props! I was in the capture creator on the PS3 and under the props creator, you are given the option to raise or lower the prop using L3/R3. Guess what? It surprisingly works :O

My stats got badly screwed over when i was on during heist release, social club is a mess!!!

 

Guys I havnt checked yet fully but have all the issues in capture mode been fixed? This was the one thing I wanted this update to correct somewhat.

Open hangar in Zancudo among other new interiors. (Can be seen in this race)

 

WTH? All my jobs including my Saves are listed in my online jobs/race list?

 

I'm PS3 if you can't tell. :p

I think it might be for the better, people will quit much less. Sometimes when I manage to join a good DM after 10min i realize it's been set to 50min. Ain't nobody got time fo' dat! And the new feature that tells you what job you are on call for? There will be much less occurances of people leaving just after they joined. I love it!

Which update? It's been on new gen but it wasn't an option for old gen until now.

I only imbibe once or twice a year (people like me (and Picasso?) don't need too). Sorry, this is one of those times (If you've tried playing "Heists" on PS3 lately you would understand :p) However, if I, (me) have any faculties left, I have been using L3/R3 to raise/lower props in mid-air since this post, and then go above the allowed height just for the for lolz.

Barrel line- only three of the barrels are destructible while one is planted. If they changed it to function like this then it's a step back.

Items that act like a regular prop and cannot ram through it:

Pile of boxes - Technically, it still works when you pump a few rounds into it. However, ramming it with a car just stays in place.
Barrel pile
Barrel Line (Single)
Wrecked cars
Rubber Tire - Tried to ram it with the Insurgent. The rubber tire won.

It wouldn't make sense for these dynamic props such as the rubber tire and barrel pile to not be destructible.

The row of barrels has been like that for a while, at least two patches anyway

The pallett of boxes still has the glitch where all except one of the top layer of boxes vanish, making them more or less useless as props. since they are below cover-height

It could be different for last gen and current gen consoles. I was able to ram all four barrels before the heists update on the PS3.

Idk why they are butchering dynamic props. If they are not rammable or destructible then why place them in that category anyway?

PS3 Interiors:

The burned out Pillbox Med Center has been removed.

Police Station has new rooms, jail area, etc. added to it.

(I think you can enter through the back door in freeroam)

 

This kinda ruins my race that has 130k plays. I guess I can make some changes?

I saw another interior at Merryweather HQ on the left side of the warehouse entrance. Seems to be a storage room.

I'm not sure if that was there already though.
