What is there to unlock? Is there a list detailing which Heists unlock what?

Here's another. One of the challenges is "Completing all Heists on Hard difficulty, with the same team, in order, and without anyone dying".

 

The first heist however is a two player thing, while the rest of them is done with four players. How then can we possibly complete all heists with the same team?

I think each heist should be done completely with one team, not all heists with the same team

You need to be the leader and pass the first heist to be able to host the second.
