Ok so now bothe the lazer and the hydra have explosive cannons but the hydra can't come out of hover mode so easy fodder for homing launcher

Not sure which game you're playing...

 

The Hydra most definitely comes out of hover mode.

Ha sorry I just tried it and you can come out of hover mode but it is still slower than the lazer. I haven't had a chance to test it out can the hydra dodge homing launchr like lazer cas if not its a wast of 3 mil.

Maybe you don't remember IV, but if you give Pro pilots a helicopter with the same cannon as the Lazer & then nerf the noob launcher (Check patch notes) then there will only be one result ;)

 

After the hellish months enduring the OP homing missile taking down all helicopters and making them redundant in free mode, we finally get what we're owed!

But the new heli is fookin mental though. No way you could lock on fast enough if it's sweeping towards you. That thing, comes up to par with the Huey from Black Ops 1.

So god help us be, even non pilots can get away with EASY kills...

needs to be fixed when your targeted.

 

99% of of the time when I'm hit, I have no idea a missile was fired because nothing is beeping, and even looking behind me shows no sign of a missile. Yet I get hit, by a invisible f*cking rocket. And then little assholes on mics get a big dick and talk sh*t to me, when I have no idea I was even being aimed at.

We have a ton of options other than the homing launcher. Experienced pilot or not, you can and will get shot down.
