The percent is shown on the planning board, before launching the finale. You also get a HUGE first time completion bonus and good money for the setups.

HUGE? I only got 200,000 for the entire thing(including the setups).

Can't run off with the loot. The percentages stick.

They're adjustable. I don't know what the limits are though.

I meant after you start the heist.

Then no they're not. You can change them up to the point you launch the job.

From what i can see the other players have to agree to the cut before the host can launch the final heist.

Can't he just kick the people who don't agree? Also, remember that the host is the only one with the save. I mean he could just leave and re-join, unlike you.

Exactly. The host could do that for sure.

 

There has to be an agreement between both (all) parties before the heist can be launched.

As expected, and very good news. If the leader decides to try to troll any or all of his/her team, they can just bail once the mission starts, causing it to fail and forcing the host to waste more time getting a replacement and starting the whole thing over again... :cool:
