Finished Fleeca heist. How do I get access to the next one?

Okay. Finished it on hard on PS3, with a random stranger who was the leader. First try. Easy, but quite fun. Earned a lot of money.

Now, where's the next heist? How do I start it?

I've tried going to the Heist Room in my apartment, but that only activates the Fleeca heist again. Am I doing something wrong?

The guy I did the Fleeca heist with, sent me an invite to Prison Break one a while ago. I accepted the invite, but the lobby was full, so I didn't get to play it.

I think you need to host the first heist as a leader in order to progress. Once you've done that wait for Lester to contact you.

Can someone here invite me to the Prison Break heist finale? I've done all the missions leading up to it.

I can't host jobs due to my unstable connection.

I'm best in the role as pilot, but can function in other roles as well. Started the PB finale earlier today, but one of the other guys bailed, so the job was cancelled.

I'm on PS3, in Europe (Norway).
