How do you trigger it? I'm cruising around the map in my shiny new Kuruma...but what's next? :(

Lester contacts you in about a day ingame time

He contacted me a while after I did the Fleeca job, and the Heist icon appeared in my apartment. I went to the icon, but that only activated the Fleeca heist again. I'm done with that heist. How do I access the next one? Is this just a bug or glitch?
