It is in the update, I remember seeing it somewhere.

 

well if that's true then good . because until now i didnt see the savage and the gburrito2 ( which are both the vehs im waiting for )

You have to complete heists to unlock them in southernsanandreassuperautos. The gang burrito costs 65,000$
