how is the savage helicopter ?

I think the only missing thing from this heli is a rotating/ pivotal cannon for the gunner.

It's gonna be my new mission heli I think, yeah it's not as agile as the buzzard, and it's a bigger target, but for a helicopter of it's size it's still prett nimble all things considered, it looks great, and it's Cannon tears sh*t up and the less noticible reload speed is great for people who just want to carpet bomb without pesky breaks lmfao.

I think Warstock will sell it after you complete one of the heists (Humane Labs Raid?)

I'll tell you personally the Savage is a beast. I consider it the return of the old TBoGT Buzzard I used to use with friends back then, because of the explosive cannon rounds and the bottomless rockets.

The helicopter is great but there is only one thing lacking,it has the armor of the buzzard,pretty weak,blows up instantly with a homing missile and you can make it die with a clip of bullets.

From experience I can confirm that neither chopper can take a missile. Both are lightly armored.

To unlock the Savage you have to complete the finale of the Pacific Standard Job.

 

The Humane Labs raid unlocks the Hydra, Insurgent and some others but not the Savage.

A friend of mine owns it, though I want one too. My friend took the pilot seat and I was the gunner.

 

We destroyed EVERYONE on the server, had a few people coming in tanks, jets etc and we both took them down.

 

Homing missiles were no match to us too because my friend was a "professional" low flyer that made dodging homing missiles easy.

Then explain why there are two seats in the cockpit of the Savage?

 

The Pilot controls the Cannon and the Gunner controls the missiles.

 

In real life the Pilot controls the missiles and the gunner controls the cannon but theres a twist in GTA:O as you can see.

 

You know very little to nothing about Helicopters in GTA:O.

I also find it funny how you automatically assume i suck with it.. I guess you call being locked on for six blocks away "sucking" since i still wasn't able to outrun it after two more blocks.. I also guess getting shot by merryweather at the helicopter pickup sucking also..

And like I said before there is a Pilot seat and Gunner seat on the Savage. If you don't believe me try asking one of your friends to gun the savage and you will see that there is a gunner seat in the Savage.

Yes. Just like the Buzzard.

 

The gunner has access to missiles where the Pilot uses the cannon
