The point of a mask is to cover your entire face, that's why there are sunglasses forced with it. If the eyes aren't covered you can be ID'd. Not sure about the hat, though, doesn't seem necessary

nope i've tried to set the mask without the hat n glasses, they each come with a pre determined hat and pair of shades
