Can I be apart of more than one heist at a time?

I want to do one with my friends but they won't be online for a few more hours and I really want to get on one now, which would be with randomers. Is it possible for me to say, be 50% completed on one heist and also join another?

If you are the leader you will have to complete it 100% but if you are with a random you can do it with them but still host it yourself later but you'll only get the bonus once.

If I've already hosted the first heist. Do I have to complete all the heists with the same crew for the bonus before joining someone else's heist as a non-host? Or can I join as many as I want without jeopardising the bonus associated to the heists where I'm a host?
