I seem to spend hours finding a group and then they just repeatedly die until one person leaves and it's back to square one. Lucky for us Fun spends time on this site and drops "leaked info" on us all of the time. In fact it seems that most of any "leaked info" you see/read about he is the source. I find it funny that Youtubers like DomIsLive "leaks" info that I read on here or twitter first from Fun. I would think that Fun would be offended by this, but maybe it's flattery that so many people are "re-leaking" what he has uncovered. Anyways, all of new info seems to point towards the casino opening along with gambling. Time frame is unknown, but Fun seems to think that it is linked to the future SP DLC R* mentioned months ago. It would be nice to be able to walk into the Casino and plop down at a table and play poker or blackjack or take a turn at the slots. Hopefully you will be able to play poker with NPC's or other humans. Lately it has been very difficult to get linked into Online Jobs as either the person never launches the job/race/etc because they are on call or I get stuck in the clouds waiting for the session to load. I think everyone will agree, the biggest thing we want to see with the opening of the Casino is a Heist that is tied to it! There's always that ONE dimwit bastard who keeps failing the mission for the posse until everyone including me gets frustrated by repeating the same progress and just end up leaving. I've yet to complete a single heist and I've spent around 4-5 hours attempting them. Few successful setups though but it's not the same thing, not at all. I know it's a situation where basically all you can do is just swallow it (or find decent people to play with). Nevertheless it's slightly discouraging. The game kept saying i needed to be level 12 but after driving around for a bit lester called and told me to meet him. Now it says to see lester for jobs. Eventually I found someone in my crew who was going from the beginning and I stuck around until I unlocked the Savage. Just be patient, I've been getting more Pacific Standard invites this week as more people finish the heists.Maybe check the Find a Lobby and Meetups section to find a group. You sit there for 20 minutes waiting for people to join, not to mention the loading times. Then most of the time no one wants to join... f*ck that. You can make more money grinding missions. Or you have the idiots that can't follow instructions or die because they weren't in cover.Or the asshole that joins then quits. steve0london Posted March 20, 2015 Share Posted March 20, 2015 Certainly the team ops, where two teams of two do different tasks, could have been optional to do as a 2 man team that goes through all parts concurrently to set up a heist. Can understand most finales being 4 player as the teamwork really does help and create more excitement (or frustration) wondering if your teammates will get their part done. I find it terribly exhilarating tearing thru town from the 24/7 for snacks to the Ammu-Nation for armor while red icons chase me until I jump back into a heist where it is safe. Ive only seen a couple red dots all week, even exited my apartment with multiple people outside who didnt immediately shoot or throw stickies. Thought it was because they need people to join their setups so were not being themselves as that would reduce the odds of filling the heist lobby. A couple of reasons, my matchmaking sucks and also I don't have a reliable crew to make time to do them with, but I want to experience them. They could have added the character switching dynamic from single player so you can control all of your crew members but make it a solo experience. How is it that I have to wait nearly 30mins just trying to fill up the 1st Prison Break setup mission(only for somebody to bail right in the middle of the mission); yet when I go to quick play - Heist. If I do the first one again does that mess up the bonus for doing them all in order or does it not matter if you go through them in order on your second time? Also if I did them all now with the people I know does it mess up the bonus for loyalty if I did one with a randomer, even if I do the first one again with another group I intend to do all of them with? Do you get less money on replays aswell? You can restart the order any time, as long as you go back and do the Fleeca heist first and continue in order it will work. The finales give you a first time bonus each time and then after that it's a standard payout. Setup payouts don't change I believe. Most of the setup missions were slightly altered co-op campaign missions and the heist themselves were meh. Series A Funding was complete trash IMO. No pun intended. Most of it was recycled from the SP. I thought we were going to be robbing jewelry stores, banks, check cashing joints, etc.. Instead we're breaking people out of prison, running missions for the IAA, and watching Ron act like the fiend that he is. Flecca Job is okay and the Pacific Bank and Prison Break heist are the only heist I see me repeating. .02$ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
