Not sure if this has been asked anywhere else yet, but if I join a heist as a crew member from a random's invite, will it reset my progress as heist leader on my planning board at home?

be aware that a glitch may happen during prison break heist where you wouldn't be able to shake the cops in velum no matter what you do. you can't even exit the damn thing, had to slam it into the ground and fail the mission.

So let me get this straight, playing the heists is essentially pointless if you're not leader? Went through the entire Prison Break set up and finale with someone else as leader and I still can't start the next heist myself. Wow.

Nope, heists didn't come with any other weapons, unfortunately.

Yep, it's pointless to do it with other people if you want to progress with your own heist storyline. That's why I'm just hosting my own and not joining anyone else's until I complete all five of the heists, that way I can get the All In Order challenge done too...

I like the way they set up the heists themselves because it allows you to run them multiple times a day if you choose. More heists, more money. They get easier when you learn to do them. I thought there were different weapons in the code like the thermite bomb which was actually in the pictures. Also, when I'm asking if there are any weapons I mean someone who has done them all because there might be some unlockables.

Do a contact mission, he'll call very soon after you're done. Worked for me twice.

I completed heists with 1 person all the way and it said he could replay a heist whenever.

Is there a database of when the unlockables.....unlock? Hazmat suit, nightvision goggles, masks, etc etc

 

Im very very very sure you have to lead a heist to unlock the next....bummer yea....but it will get better as the server issues go away and it doesnt take a HALF HOUR FOR 4 PEOPLE TO JOIN wtf srsly

4th heist gives Technical and Mule.

 

Last heist gives Gang Burrito, Boxville, and Savage along with that gasmask for free roam I guess.

Same thing happened to me..

 

Damn well that stinks... I'm going to be finishing up the prison break heist the next time I play. Someone else is leader. But after I finish it I want to be leader of the humane lab heist. Does anyone have an idea of the best way to go about this without having to redo the heists? Or does lester eventually call and we didn't know?

Hydra unlocks during Humane Labs and you're missing the Insurgents on Humane Labs along with the Valkyrie.
