Rockstar logic.Well one is a mission that there are dozens of and other ways to get into, the other is a long awaited unique piece of content advertised from the games launch. Can you imagine how angry people would be if they had to spend another 20 hours leveling up just to have access to them? That means less shark cards. You could be an elitist and say they should just get to 75, it's so easy. But it takes awhile to level up in this game and still have fun, we don't all have that time. What players that have actually been playing GTA are not at level 70 yet? Not everyone who plays GTA is online regularly and a member of these forums. In fact, most of the fan base likely got bored sometime after launch and moved on to other games and then came back this week for heists. I saw one driving around with a racing stripe down the middle near the far east side Mod Shop. My buddy said he sold one for 35k. Posted March 11, 2015 Share Posted March 11, 2015 (edited) ^^Someone on here said the Insurgent with no weapon was store-able but the one with weapon and the Technical were pegasus vehicles. Finally did the Fleeca job and it was really fun. I didn't know how the hell the drill worked at first so we missed out on the elite but I got it going.
