Do npcs render further away now on last gen? Just doing Crystal Clear Out 3. I was able to snipe some npcs from a hill above the hippy camp.

Hard Labor's also f*cked up - the crew boss never appears/gets in the helicopter to start the final phase of the mission, so once you complete the two lower waves of gang members, the mission becomes impossible to finish.

No hook if you're in passive mode I believe...

There is another glitch in the heists where the radar and objective doesn't appear for 3 or 4 minutes. Makes for a confusing drive around the map.

They changed the sounds at the end of mission screens when you recieve points + money. They also added combat music to gang-attacks.

They changed the garage door to Ecclipse towers apartments. It looks a lot better now. Also, they added new character animations for interacting with garage doors and buzzing into apartments.

Nope. I'm the one trying to get away from the tanks, helicopters, planes, and drive bys.

it's called passive mode. Alternatively you could call it making friends and playing in an invite only since you don't like free roam battles anyways

Your best bet is to keep invitation from Ron, etc. Then accept them once you're in the life and death moment.

RAID : baggage handlers is bugged, there's an infinite amount of empty frog gets spawning about 200m above the ground spawn points resulting in a constant rain of helicopters and fire

Looks like the daily challenge may be glitched. It pays good $$$ for doing simple everyday activities. Earned $25,000 for doing 3 activities:

 

sea race (any sea race will do) did this solo

 

Bribe the cops to look the other way and cause mass havoc

 

Ride a carnival ride

 

Right after doing these, I got notification for the cash award $25k. But then the money just disappeared?!? No trace of it in the notifications window, or in the bank transaction log anywhere?

 

Also at least one of the high end apt (the $400k high rise) appears to be glitched. If you've got more than 2 or so ppl (i.e. a heist planning crew) in this safe house, then you can't enter the garage or front door. And there were some weird texture/mesh glitches going on with the for sale sign out front as well.

am i the only one that can't do any jobs except heist? (Which only work 20% of the time). Even when i attempt to solo survival mode now i keep getting "failed to join". It's pissing me off because i had a feeling the heist would screw the entire game over.

were you in passive? I did that once right acter i swapped my character to xbox one and it was because i was passive. Oops.

yeah. this seems to be happening everywhere.

 

Somewhat unsurprising given the size of the new patch update. Besides the server time outs/lag/freezing a lot of glitches are happening like the one I mentioned at the safe house.

 

So it looks like ppl are going to have to wait a while like a day or so for the network to start functioning again.

As of a few min. ago, Anna is no longer a transvestite in "Cleaning the Cathouse". She has a feminine voice now and says different things after you rescue. Rockstar sure is a funny bunch! LOL
