OK what has "The Heists DLC" changed?

Yeah.. This will be REALLY annoying, lol.

 

This was done because of everyone calling Rat-Loaders to sell after immediate purchase per the recent Sad Trombone horn glitch so those who

were doing the glitch are the ones to blame.for R* removing the ability to have instant delivery of a new car.

 

The missing bike wheels from the front/rear wheels list appears to have been readded as no longer have a constant * against Front/Rear

wheels but I can't recall which one was taken out again.

 

Also the save outfits menu appears to trigger the remove logo's from t-shirt/change t-shirt colour glitch as turned my Flash FM t-shirt

white and also saved an outfit with the logo removed.

oehm, no, because most people had 10 rat loaders in the garage and ordered new ones every once in a while. And there is a mechanic cooldown. There is not for every patch a glitcher reason...

Maybe not but I am sure it was part of the reason for the change.

 

More likely it was never supposed to be possible and they've now finally corrected the mechanic.

Gang cars spawn in the gang areas, most of the others spawn at any of the branches of Los Santos Customs

between 7 am and 6pm.

Things I noticed in 1.21 (all PS3)--BTW, could everyone please post what console you're using? That would help avoid confusion in identifying differences in the 1.21 update between old and next-gen platforms:

* You can no longer run while inside Ammu-nation (not big, I know, just FWIW).

 

New bugs/issues:

 

* Crew emblems on the Guardian sit too high on the driver side door, and get cut off by the window (might be affected by various transmission settings)?

 

* Simeon's HPV messages to your phone are frequently duplicated (had up to four identical messages sitting in my phone last night).

 

* Can confirm the occasional missing textures and lagginess.

 

 

Bugs still not fixed in GTA Online:

* Transparent backgrounds for crew emblems on vehicles still show as white; R* knows about this, and said they were going to fix it, but haven't.

* You still lose any equipped armor (blue bar) whenever you change sessions or leave GTAO. This has been an issue since before update 1.21.

 

Misc notes:

* Can confirm $36,875 for selling stolen Vagos gang Peyotes (assumingly to help offset the new $60,000 costs of launching heists).

* Successfully destroying a car (new Gerald objective) gives $2,000.

* Someone mentioned the weapon wheel imagery was sharper/crisper--this is only on next-gen consoles. Nothing has changed on the PS3.

 

* Would be nice if R* actually provided a means for setting and saving on-foot and in-vehicle weapon defaults. This is way overdue; should have been there since game launch.

Check control settings, it sounds like you've been changed to Aim + Fire (Hold L1 to aim and R1 to fire after aiming)

Still haven't fixed the stupid issue where my Extended Radar map has to be manually set every time I log on.

I mean, no big deal, but having to go somewhere to hide so I don't get moidered just to extend the map - in every new session - has grown old.

I beleieve they were removed to only spawn after you complete the first objective in the mission because if a player took the jet

it disabled the jets from chasing after you in the second part of the mission.

 

Have not played it myself for some time though.
