Only new vehicles I can find are the new big truck (F650), and the new bike. No Kuruma, armored or regular, no military vehicles or jet. What is this...?

If my understanding is correct you need to beat the heists to unlock more vehicles. You unlock the Kuruma for beating the first one.

Might be. Sure hope so. The new cars are the are the reason I looked forward to this update

 

EDIT: Doing the first mission on the first heist now, and my coming mission is to steal the Kuruma, so yes. It does exist

DAMN, my character face changed after the update!

Well I've downloaded the update 4 times now. First time it froze at 74% and then it gave me an error message two times (at 23% and 92%). So let's hope this is the one that goes all the way.

Try disabling Media under network settings, I did that and so far so good (touch wood)
