What time do updates normally come out?

Just a random question. What time does Rockstar normally release updates to be available for download?

 

For example, do you think I would be able to get the Heists Update at the stroke of midnight, or would I have to wait until later in the day.

 

I'm in the Eastern Standard Time Zone if that helps.

4-5am EST on Xbox One is when updates are usually applied and when the marketplace usually updates.

Not sure about PS consoles.
