Cant leave matchmaking lobby wtf

I havent been on in awhile but something aint right. I tried to host a game, gave up, but can't leave. Im hitting O, options, etc. nothings working. What happened?!

Are you sharing an Xbox Live account?

 

You turn on the settings to see user created items.

I suspect that your network connection with R* servers had a mishap. Generally, when I first launch a lobby, the (O) button to quit is unavailable for a few moments until you're completely connected to the lobby.

 

Edit: There should be a legend at the bottom of your screen to show you the available button options.

Just dashboard. I do that when I get stuck in infinite loading lobbies after the Hosts "starts"
